Even if you remember to brush your teeth regularly, many of those same people don’t floss. Flossing is not just useful for removing anything that gets stuck in between your teeth. Anytime someone wants to become healthier, they are told to drink more water and it’s a good idea if you want to improve the health of your teeth.
